The driver was prompt and clearly identified himself at the airport as I left my terminal. I used the NC Transporter when I visited Wilmington and needed a ride to my hotel at Wrightsville Beach. The Transporters have never disappointed us and we recommend this company with full confidence.
THE TRANSPORTER DRIVERS
Their cars are always clean, their drivers are pleasant and there are no safety issues to be concerned with. We have been using NC Transporter for a few years, both for ourselves and our guests, and we have always been pleased with the efficiency and on-time performance of this company. At the end of our week on the island, we needed to drive to Raleigh and Richard and Mike put us in touch with a one-way rental car agency on Oak Island which was more economical than having them drive us! Thank you Richard and Mike. They picked us up the the Wilmington NC airport and drove us to the Bald Head Island Ferry dock. We used The Transporter in July during a very involved vacation with our two young granddaughters. We utilized their services for over 3 years when out of town Board Members travel in quarterly to our Corporate Headquarters or whenever transportation needs arise, whether to the airport or one of our manufacturing facilities we've never had a complaint, they always go the extra mile to ensure outstanding customer service. What can I say about the service offered by Transporter? Efficient, friendly, and most importantly always professional. After we both communicate our concerns and you reassured us of your professionalism and that our concerns were no problem and that you would ensure my mother would be safe, we both felt at ease and rest assure you delivered beyond our expectations! My mother was so pleased with her trip and for her to feel comfortable and and not have any worries regarding her trip to/from the airport was an amazing success within itself.ÿ As my sister and I initially stated, we were very hesitate and had our reservations regarding locating a car service for our mother's trip. All of their vehicles are very clean AND they do NOT allow smoking. The Transporter ALWAYS has prompt, professional and courteous service. In my mind, they are not a cab company but a "Car-Service." I travel weekly for business and they have never been late for a pick-up, whether from home or the airport. In Wilmington, there are several choices for cabs but only one "Car-Service." I have continuously utilizedThe Transporter exclusively for the last 7 years in Wilmington. They even advised us ahead of time if our flight was delayed or on time.I would highly recommend them to anyone traveling to Wilmington, North Carolina. Courteous, polite and dropped us off ON Time for our next destination. They were on time waiting for our flight.
